Hungry Panther Publishing was conceived in 2001 when the Chief Fiction Editor of West Wind Review left the magazine to explore the possibilities of fiction in the digital age. The journey spanned the country, finally coming to rest in southern California with a group of like-minded writers in a publishing consortium that combined to create a digital age publishing house with the expressed goal of bringing cutting edge fiction and cutting edge technology together.

The mission of the publishing house has always been to marry the fiction experience to the technology of the modern world. Hungry Panther is the indie publisher for the technological underground with novels and collections for modern readers, tech-heads, and forward thinkers.
